The Edge
Life is not so terrifying anymore!
The Edge is an incredibly powerful workshop. I went to "the edge" and felt as if I had nothing and that I was nothing and I felt all the terror of that and then underneath that I felt the truth- my innocence. I came home from the workshop with more of me - of my authentic self. That part of me has been missing since I was a baby! Life is not so terrifying anymore!

Through the Edge I found my voice and I found my heart
I went to the Edge expecting to learn about addictions and how to help others through their addictions... I wasn't sure I had that much left to work on ...haha... What I learned was huge, like I got a piece of my soul back. Through my behaviours I was losing and through my actions I gain. Through my addictions and attachments, I realized I lost a part of myself and through the Edge I found my voice and I found my heart. I'm so grateful. Go for it, go long.. as close to the Edge as you can.. you will be so grateful you did.

I got to see how my dad trained me to drink and how I trained my son to drink. Nasty. I got to feel the impact of that so that romanticizing alcohol is no longer an option for who I am and what I am up to.

The more you embrace the journey ... the more you will gain
The edge is a powerful tool, when placed in the hands of the willing. To bow your head and surrender to the journey is not easy, it takes courage and an open heart. As I write this it brings a tear to my eye, a tear of joy and shared experience. The more you embrace the journey that Duane is about to take you on, the more you will gain. Stand with your toes at the edge of the abyss, feel the breeze of fear on your face open your heart, and dive. Eyes wide open. And embrace the gift you are about to receive. Good luck and godspeed.

There is love and support in your Journey
I was kind of stuck in some limiting beliefs and there was some hesitation in me thinking that maybe the Edge won't provide me the insights and experience that I was looking for. Luckily I was able to open up to the experience and got my world rocked in the process. Now I'm totally stoked again about where I'm going and how it will be.
I encourage you all to step into your stuff and take the leap. There is limitless freedom awaiting those of us willing to step into the truth of what we do and who we are. Trust me, I saw and felt it. And it's not where we think it is.

The Rude Awakening
You can grow as much as you are ready for
Clearmind is great and The Rude is terrific. You can grow as much as you are ready for. Many went beyond their limits to places they'd only dreamed of, perhaps never even knew existed.
In those brief two weeks (seemed like two luscious years!) you get to look at what you really want in every aspect of your life, and how you choose to contribute to the world on a scale you feel comfortable with. The small group you are with help you evaluate your attributes and find possibilities undreamed of. Then you choose and plan how you will show up in your new life - or reinvigorate your present one - work, relationships, home - sprinkled with what's fun for you.
Lives are even now being reshaped by people who found they had unused talents they knew not of, and dreams and urges to support themselves and others with the full glory we are all capable of. Be not content with littleness!
Stretched? Yes! In a totally loving and supporting environment. Forced? Never! Fun? You bet! Music, dancing and so many (truly all!) beautiful people flowering, it moves me deeply yet again to meet them again down memory lane even as I type this.
If you've ever felt The Rude is for you, save up now for the next one next summer! And I can really think of no better value you will ever get for its cost, if it is for you. Your heart will answer that one as you read this. Body locks = maybe not yet. A long deep breath = Yes! Yes! Yes!

Transcends anything else that I have come across
I was blown away by the Clearmind newsletter that arrived in my inbox this morning. Jacquie and Anna's items reminded me of just how life changing Clearmind is. Duane and Catherine have created something (I am struggling to know how to classify Clearmind) that just transcends anything else that I have come across in my healing journey. I know my life has changed so profoundly and this morning I could with all honesty profess to being alive by shouting I AM ALIVE at the top of my voice.
I thank you Duane and Catherine from the bottom of my heart for creating Clearmind and more importantly for believing in every one of us by holding the truth of who we are until we are ready to hold it for ourselves.
With gratitude and an open loving heart I count my immeasurable blessings.
