History
Clearmind Liverpool is housed within an addiction recovery centre in Liverpool. It is a beautiful Georgian building that is rented out to like minded organizations such as Clearmind. Clearmind Liverpool came into existence after Jacquie Johnston- Lynch, manager of the addiction recovery centre attended her first Awakening Workshop in Dublin in May 2005.
Jacquie was convinced that the work of Clearmind International Institute should be brought
to Liverpool, and by the following November, Duane O’Kane, facilitator and founder of
Clearmind International, was in Liverpool facilitating its first ever Awakening!
The second Awakening took place in March 2006 with many more hopefully to come! Beyond the workshops, Clearmind Liverpool has a strong and well attended support group that now meets weekly at the centre.
