Clearmind's Free Magazine on Personal Growth
Clearmind's quarterly newsletter The Ripple has grown into a magazine full of in-depth stories of personal growth and discovery from Clearmind members around the world. With candor and humour, individuals share their intimate experiences, exploring relationships with parents, children, partners, roommates, colleagues, God and themselves. This free digital magazine is published four times a year, as a full-colour downloadable PDF.
With articles like Kristoffer Alspjo's moving description of the early birth of his twin boys, Karen Goodfellow's exploration of the Vancouver Stanley Cup riot, Sarah Nakatsuka's discussion of the essential nature of ceremony, and Geertje Smit's story of how to see God in our roomates, there is something for everyone in The Ripple.
